After serving as the Administrative Assistant to the Canadian Director for 8 years, on April 1, 2011, Merla transitioned to the Mobilization Department to become a full-time mobilizer.  She is trusting God to use her in this ministry, and thankful for the opportunity to be a part of sending missionaries overseas.  Merla served in Japan for 12 years.
