"Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.  When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.  Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.  Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field".  (Matthew 9: 35-38 NIV)

Jesus Christ tells us to pray, asking the Lord to send out more labourers across the world, into His harvest fields. Let's join our hearts together in prayer.

In every area where SEND works there is spiritual darkness. God has called us to shine His Light in these dark places through the proclamation of His Word and prayer. You may not be able to travel to a foreign land to share the Gospel Message with people who have never heard the Truth, but you can pray.
